Q.What software can you replace?
Most operator tools where the value is doing one specific job and the lock-in is your data. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Webflow, QuickBooks, ClickUp, Asana, Calendly, Typeform, Substack are the most common. We've quoted thirty-plus tools. If you're not sure, ask.
Q.How long does it take?
Four to eight weeks depending on complexity. Most replacements ship in six.
Q.Do I lose my data?
No. We migrate it cleanly to your own GitHub repo and database before the old subscription gets cancelled. You verify the migration before we shut anything off.
Q.What if I want help operating it later?
We charge by the project for follow-up work. No retainers, no recurring fees, no surprise renewals.
Q.What if I cancel mid-build?
Refundable up to week 2 of the build. After that, the deposit and any work-in-progress is non-refundable but yours — you keep the code we've shipped so far.
Q.What if my SaaS gets cheaper or changes pricing?
Doesn't matter. By the time they re-price, you've already migrated. The replacement is yours.
Q.What about ongoing hosting costs?
Roughly zero for most replacements. Cloudflare Pages free tier, Postgres on a $5/mo box. You'll pay infrastructure costs but no SaaS subscription. Net: 95%+ savings vs. the old bill.
Q.Can you replace an enterprise tool?
Yes. Higher-ticket replacements (think $50K+/yr SaaS) use the same model: fee equals 12 months of what you pay. The bigger the bill, the bigger the case to replace it.
Q.Why isn't this a retainer?
Because retainers are subscriptions and we sell the opposite of a subscription. We replace your SaaS once, hand it off, and stop billing you. Forever.
